Children love music. Even before they are born, in the womb, they react to sounds and tunes, and from a very young age children pick up rhythms, dance and singing.
However, later, if they want to play an instrument they need to learn the notes and where to find them on the keyboard.
Children love learning in a playful manner. And they love listening to stories. Why not combine the two.
This is the base of Armina Aristak's concept.
"Dora in the Musical Forest" takes children to the magical world of music. With the help of Dora, they learn the basics of music and how to create tunes on a piano keyboard.
Armina Aristak's teaching method for children from the age of 4 not only includes a book with old German folk songs and learning material but also a carpet with a piano keyboard and a set of 72 playing cards. The cards, lovingly designed by Francesca R. Pasqualini, breathe life into the characters from Gohar Ghukasyan's fairy tale "Dora in the Music Forest" and playfully teach children everything they need to know to produce music.
The world of music is magical.
