About me
My name is María Belén Arellano. I am an actress and theatre teacher. My home country is Chile, but I completed my training in Germany at the Stuttgart Theatre Academy.
I am passionate about education and have been running various holiday programmes for three years, focusing on circus and theatre. For me, theatre is a wonderful way to tell stories. Children know how to do this intuitively, but they often lose this ability in the daily grind of adult life.
With my work, I want to encourage more play in general - both in everyday life and on stage. My offer is aimed at children who would like to show their play on stage, as well as adults who would like to rediscover their creative side.

Drama lessons for children
5 to 7 children per group meet once a week for an hour. I use educational theatre games to introduce the children to the art of acting. We work on plays, fairy tales and stories and act them out directly.
This intensively encourages the children's creativity and joy of playing. My aim is to convey the joy of playing together, to stimulate their imagination and at the same time to strengthen their self-confidence.
Acting lessons for adults
For adults, too, the focus is on discovering the joy of acting and building confidence and presence on stage. I work individually with each student, supporting them particularly in areas where they feel insecure on stage. If someone has singing experience, we also use this to improve their general expressiveness.
